1. All items are BRAND NEW, unless stated otherwise.
2. We operate on a first come first served basis, and priority will be given to buyers who can make the fastest payment. Prices are non-negotiable.
3. Backouts are strictly prohibited, buyers who do so will be BLACKLISTED, so please do make sure before placing an order.
4. Items are only reserved for a maximum of 3 days before being released again to other customers.
5. All items are carefully checked before being shipped out, and we will take no responsibility over any damages or losses incurred on the item during shipping or after the item is received.
6. Advanced payment will be required for restock requests. Should the requested item fails to be restocked, payments will be refunded. Not all items are restockable.
7. All pictures belonging to Glam, Rock and Soul shall not be used without permission and without being credited.
8. Accesories do not come together and are not sold with the garments unless stated otherwise.

Coming your way
- Postage will be done via Pos Ekspress, which is RM5 (max 500gm).
- Pos Ekspress charges are included in the stated item price unless it is stated otherwise (for single postage purchases only).
- For heavier items, extra postage charges will be charged accordingly.
- For purchases of more than 1 item, the item prices will be tallied with the postage charges accordingly.
- For COD, postage charges will be deducted from stated item price.
